Pronouns: She, her, hers

Rachel Klein is thrilled to join Senator Comerford’s office as the Director of Constituent Services and looks forward to getting to know the constituents and communities of the Hampshire, Franklin, and Worcester District. Rachel grew up in Oakland, California and moved to Massachusetts to attend Tufts University where she majored in Environmental Studies and Religion. As a Tisch Scholar at Tufts, Rachel had the opportunity to intern with organizations such as Groundwork Somerville and MassINC, prompting her passion for responsive government and equitable community development. Following graduation, Rachel worked on State Senator Becca Rausch’s reelection campaign and then worked as a project coordinator at Housing Navigator MA to reform and simplify the affordable housing search process for renters.

Rachel lives in Cambridge, and in her free time you can find her cooking dinner with friends, biking along the Charles, or re-watching a TV sitcom for the 30th time.
