Katelyn BillingsDirector of Communication & Engagement
Pronouns: She, her, hers

Katelyn Billings is thrilled to join Senator Comerford’s office as the Director of Communication & Engagement. Katelyn grew up in St. Louis, Missouri and moved to Massachusetts after earning her undergraduate degree in Public Health from Johns Hopkins University. Following graduation, Katelyn worked for nearly three years for RTI International, a non-profit public health research firm, where she contributed to policy implementation projects for the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.

Katelyn then moved on to pursue her Master of Public Health degree at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, concentrating on health policy. While there, Katelyn developed her passion for clearly and accessibly communicating complex policy topics to a variety of audiences. She looks forward to building on this foundation with Team Comerford.

Katelyn lives in Boston, and in her free time you can find her walking along the esplanade, recipe testing (and sometimes failing) with her partner, or nose down into a paint-by-numbers.
