    Jessie grew up in Northfield and has lived, studied and worked throughout the Hampshire, Franklin, Worcester district. She majored in Spanish and Education at Northeastern University, and after teaching at high schools in Boston and Florida, she returned to western Massachusetts to earn her graduate degree in Social Justice Education at UMass Amherst. She led Big Brothers Big Sisters mentoring programs in Franklin and Hampshire Counties for 14 years, served as a Legislative Aide and District Director for the 2nd Berkshire District, and worked as a consultant for regional non-profit agencies and small businesses before joining Senator Comerford’s staff in October 2024. Jessie is honored to join this incredibly dedicated team, and her work focuses on supporting constituents as they navigate the services provided by federal, state and local agencies.

    Jessie lives in Easthampton and in her free time you’ll find her outside enjoying the beauty of western Mass, listening to endless podcasts, Latin dancing, and playing her most important role as adoring Auntie.
