Joint Committee on Telecommunications, Utilities and Energy Hearing

The Joint Committee on Telecommunications, Utilities and Energy will hold a hearing on consumer protection, environmental justice, public safety, security systems, siting, and towing, including the below bill filed by Senator Comerford. We invite you to submit written testimony and/or testify on bills you care about. Testimony on bills in this hearing should be addressed to Joint Committee on Telecommunications, Utilities and Energy Co-Chairs Senator Michael Barrett and Representative Jeffrey Roy.

Individuals who wish to testify virtually may register to do so by filling out this form by 11:00 a.m. on Monday, January 10. After you register, you will receive a Teams invitation and further instructions on how to participate virtually a day or two before the hearing. The deadline to submit written testimony is Tuesday, January 11 at 5:00 p.m. When submitting written testimony, please use the following document title format: Bill# – Organization Name – Support/Oppose
