Joint Committee on Environment, Natural Resources and Agriculture Hearing

The Joint Committee on Environment, Natural Resources and Agriculture will hold a virtual public hearing on the bills listed here.
We invite you to submit testimony and/or testify on bills you care about. Testimony on bills in this hearing should be addressed to Committee Co-Chairs Senator Rebecca Rausch and Representative Carolyn Dykema.
Folks seeking to provide oral testimony must pre-register via this form. The deadline to pre-register is 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 13. Once registered, you will receive further instructions on how to participate.
Written testimony may also be submitted to the Joint Committee on Environment, Natural Resources and Agriculture by email to jointcmte-environment@malegislature.gov. Written testimony will be accepted through Tuesday, May 18, 2021 at 11:59 p.m.
