Joint Committee on Environment, Natural Resources and Agriculture Hearing

The Joint Committee on Environment, Natural Resources and Agriculture will hold a hearing on bills relative to animals, plus miscellaneous bills. To view all bills, please visit the hearing page.
We invite you to submit written testimony and/or testify on bills you care about. Testimony on bills in this hearing should be addressed to Joint Committee on Environment, Natural Resources and Agriculture Co-Chairs Senator Rebecca Rausch and Representative Carolyn Dykema.
Folks seeking to provide oral testimony must pre-register via this form. The deadline to pre-register is 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, December 5. Once registered, you will receive further instructions on how to participate. Please note there is a time limit of 3 minutes per person for oral testimony. Constituents planning to testify are encouraged to alert Sen. Comerford by emailing jo.comerford@masenate.gov.
Written testimony may be submitted to the Joint Committee on Environment, Natural Resources and Agriculture by email to JointCommittee.Environment@malegislature.gov, and constituents are encouraged to copy Sen. Comerford (jo.comerford@masenate.gov). Pre-registration through the above-linked form is not required for written testimony. There is no formal deadline for written testimony, though a timely submission allows the Committee time to thoroughly review testimony.
