Special Joint Oversight Committee on the Soldiers’ Home in Holyoke COVID-19 Outbreak

The Special Committee will be holding a public hearing, pertaining to staffing and other labor-related issues at the Holyoke Soldier’s Home, with in-person testimony by invitation only. For individuals asked to testify in-person (virtually) at the hearing, please RSVP no later than January 18, 2021. The hearing will be livestreamed here.
The public is invited to submit written testimony via email (either by an attached PDF or in the body of the email) to Ryan Wayne at ryan.wayne@mahouse.gov or Cara Libman at cara.libman@masenate.gov no later than 7:00 PM on January 20, 2021. In the subject line, please make sure to include “Special Joint Oversight Committee on the Soldiers’ Home in Holyoke COVID-19 Outbreak Testimony.”

The committee seeks to gather as much input from the community regarding staffing and other labor-related issues at the Soldiers’ Home. However, due to time constraints and COVID-19 procedures and protocols, we may need to schedule additional hearing dates not otherwise listed.
