We invite you to submit written testimony and/or testify on bills you care about. Testimony on bills in this hearing should be addressed to Joint Committee on Mental Health, Substance Use and Recovery Co-Chairs Senator Julian Cyr and Representative Adrian Madaro.
Please be advised that the schedule and agenda are subject to change at the discretion of the chair per Committee rules.

The deadline to submit the form for persons planning to testify is 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 21. The Committee will provide a link to join the public hearing to those who sign up to testify. Constituents planning to testify are encouraged to alert Sen. Comerford by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
