Joint Committee on Education Oversight Hearing

The Joint Committee on Education will hold an informational oversight hearing on observations from K-12 school reopening.
The hearing will be held on Tuesday, October 27th at 10:00 a.m. and will feature invitation-only virtual testimony from state and local education stakeholders. Members of the public will have the opportunity to view the hearing remotely via a livestream that will be provided on the Massachusetts Legislature’s website.
We invite you to submit testimony on issues you care about. Testimony for this hearing should be addressed to Joint Committee on Education Co-Chairs Senator Jason Lewis and Representative Alice Peisch.
The Committee will accept written testimony only submitted via e-mail until 5:00PM on Friday, October 30. Please submit written testimony electronically to Chair Peisch (Alice.Peisch@mahouse.gov) and Chair Lewis (Jason.Lewis@masenate.gov) and include send with the subject line “K-12 OVERSIGHT HEARING TESTIMONY”.
