Testimony on bills in this hearing should be addressed to Joint Committee on Health Care Financing Co-Chairs Senator Cindy Friedman and Representative John Lawn\, Jr. \nPersons seeking to provide testimony must pre-register via this Google form no later than Thursday\, September 23 at 4:00 p.m. Individuals who register to testify at the hearing will be afforded 3 minutes to speak. Once registered\, a representative of the Legislative Information Services will e-mail each individual signed-up to appear a link to join the hearing on Microsoft Teams. Additional instructions on how to participate will be provided prior to the start of the hearing. NOTE: If a person is filling out the pre-registration form on behalf of another person\, only the e-mail and contact information of the persons seeking to testify should be listed on the form. \nAt the discretion of the Chairs\, individuals may be called to offer testimony as part of a panel.
