DESCRIPTION:The Joint Committee on Telecommunications\, Utilities and Energy will hold a hearing on bills relative to utilities\, including the below bill filed by Senator Comerford. Testimony on bills in this hearing should be addressed to Joint Committee on Telecommunications\, Utilities and Energy Co-Chairs Senator Michael Barrett and Representative Jeffrey Roy. \nIndividuals who wish to testify virtually may register to do so by filling out this form by 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday\, October 20.
