DESCRIPTION:The Joint Committee on Environment\, Natural Resources and Agriculture will hold a hearing on bills relative to environmental justice\, air pollution\, and water quality\, including the below bill filed by Senator Comerford. To view all bills\, please visit the hearing page. \n\n\n\nBill\nBill Title\nSponsor\n\n\n\n\nS.502\nAn Act promoting equity in agriculture\nJo Comerford\n\n\n\nWe invite you to submit testimony and/or testify on bills you care about. Testimony on bills in this hearing should be addressed to Committee Co-Chairs Senator Rebecca Rausch and Representative Carolyn Dykema. \nFolks seeking to provide oral testimony must pre-register via this form. The deadline to pre-register is 5:00 p.m. on Friday\, October 8. Once registered\, you will receive further instructions on how to participate. Please note there is a time limit of 3 minutes per person for oral testimony. Constituents planning to testify are encouraged to alert Sen.
