Testimony on bills in this hearing should be addressed to Joint Committee on Veterans and Federal Affairs Co-Chairs Senator John Velis and Representative Paul McMurtry. \nWritten testimony may be submitted via email to katie.verra@masenate.gov\, and please copy Sen.
