DESCRIPTION:The Joint Committee on Environment\, Natural Resources and Agriculture will hold a virtual public hearing on the bills listed here. \nWe invite you to submit testimony and/or testify on bills you care about. Testimony on bills in this hearing should be addressed to Committee Co-Chairs Senator Rebecca Rausch and Representative Carolyn Dykema. \nFolks seeking to provide oral testimony must pre-register via this form. The deadline to pre-register is 5:00 p.m. on Friday\, September 17. Once registered\, you will receive further instructions on how to participate. Please note there is a time limit of 3 minutes per person for oral testimony. \nWritten testimony may be submitted to the Joint Committee on Environment\, Natural Resources and Agriculture by email to JointCommittee.Environment@malegislature.gov\, and please copy Sen. Comerford (jo.comerford@masenate.gov).
